For me, I would look at a country, and see which country I could make changes to with the things that I already have, and show the world what it could be or what can be.
I think Mongolia. He has the Boring Company, and here in UB they need an underground and good transportation, and it would be easy enough to make a dal, cover the costs that sort of thing.
Power plants, Tesla has amazing battery wall tech and they being put in here, with solar would help with the poor power problems they have in Mongolia.

Autonomous cars to help solve the traffic problems, its a small country, and it is behind when it comes to what other new free countries did. The eastern block is well developed and Mongolia fell behind, so it can catch up and go further.
